Daily Therapy Dose is a community dedicated to mental health education and wellness.

 

I worked alongside licensed therapist Ilana Grines to develop the visual and strategic direction of the brand, and to establish a successful presence on Instagram and TikTok.

 

I also helped coordinate brand partnerships with companies that include Talk Space, Maude, and Not Pot.

 

During my time at Daily Therapy Dose, I started and designed an internship program in which I managed multiple teams of interns.
